Overview
FoodCorp operates two fishmeal plants with steam drying systems and the most advanced technology available, efficiently delivering fish protein products according to exact client specifications. Raw material comes from wild pelagic capture — anchovy, sardine, jack mackerel and related species — landed by FoodCorp's fleet and suppliers in the South Pacific.
Two protein bands are standard: 66–69% protein meal for broad aquaculture and livestock feed applications, and 68–72% premium meal for formulations requiring higher protein and lower ash. Product is packed in 1,250 kg jumbo bags suitable for container shipment to feed mills and traders worldwide, with batch COAs covering protein, fat, moisture, ash, salt, TVN and histamine issued for every export lot.
Steam drying preserves protein quality and reduces oxidation compared with direct-flame systems, giving FoodCorp fishmeal a reputation for consistency among aquaculture feed producers in Asia and beyond. Raw material is sourced from the same wild pelagic capture operations that supply FoodCorp's frozen and canned lines — anchovy, sardine and jack mackerel from FAO Area 87. Full specifications — protein, fat, moisture, ash, salt, TVN, histamine and FFA — are provided with each shipment for buyer quality files.
