Fish oil is a co-product of FoodCorp's fishmeal production, extracted from wild pelagic species — anchovy, sardine and jack mackerel — during the steam-drying process at our two Coronel plants. Chilean fish oil from the Humboldt Current system is valued globally for its high EPA and DHA content and consistent fatty-acid profile.
FoodCorp supplies crude fish oil for feed mills and refineries, and can discuss refined grades for buyers with specific quality parameters. Oil is packed in flexitanks, drums or bulk shipment formats depending on volume and destination requirements, with fatty-acid profiles documented on each batch COA for aquaculture and livestock nutrition formulators.
